    At a guess, every taxpayer in the EU is contributing at least something through their taxes.

    I've not checked in detail, but I rather suspect that most of the 'partners' listed there would feel at home on fakecharities.org if they were based on in the UK. (Site appears to be down at the moment but a description, for those who've not heard of it, may be found here.)
